Tuesday, 6/23

3:00-7:00 – Recommended arrival date/time. For SHS, check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later.

7:30 pm – MEET & GREET - SHS 1st floor lounge area.

You will be able to purchase drinks and appetizers if you like. Virtual students also welcome to log on!

Wednesday, 6/24

All day - CLASSES begin at 8:35 a.m. and end at 5:25 p.m. – DC – (Specific times & room numbers TBA.)

It is an 8-10 minute walk from SHS to DC. If you need assistance, we will help you.

Thursday, 6/25

All day - CLASSES being at 8:35 a.m. and end at 5:25 p.m. – DC

Saturday Evening after dinner (6:15-8:15 p.m.) - REHEARSAL with Choir & ICCI singers – SHS, 16th Floor, Hornet’s Nest Ballroom

Sunday, 6/28

9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - CLASSES at SHS - HORNETS NEST BALLROOM (16th Floor)

1:45 p.m. - Arrive at CCA and put belongings away.

1:00 - CLASSES & DRESS REHEARSAL - CCA

5:00 - ICCI PREMIERES CONCERT - CCA Theatre

7:30ish - DINNER – The Famous Toastery, Huntersville, NC (12715 Conner Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078)

9:30-10ish - Leave to return to SHS

Monday, 6/29

11:00 a.m. - Recommended return-home date. Check out of SHS by 11 a.m.

Visitors are encouraged to use the light rail when visiting The Dubois Center. The building is half a block from the 9th Street Station. Free parking is available at nine of the eleven light rail Park and Ride locations, with Sugar Creek Station and Scaleybark Park being the closest to 9th Street Station. Purchase light rail tickets from vending machines on station platforms or via the CATS-Pass app.

Parking near The Dubois Center (Est. $10-$15 daily):

Center City Visitor Parking

There are a limited number of daily parking spots in Preferred Parking-owned lots nearby. Check the Preferred Parking website for lot locations and daily fee rates. These spaces are open to the public and used for special events. They may not always be available.

Center City Parking Enforcement

Parking enforcement at Center City is under the administration of Preferred Parking, Inc. Citation appeals or complaints are handled with Preferred Parking. PaTS has no citation enforcement or appeals authority at Center City.

Public Transportation to Center City Building

Center City is accessible via light rail and several CATS routes. The Ninth Street station for the Lynx light rail is the closest stop. Seventh Street station is nearby; the building entrance faces First Ward Park. There are several free park-and-ride lots along the Blue Line that make light rail an economical option.
